\n\tL’exposition Fernand L\u00e9ger !<\/em>, d’envergure internationale, r\u00e9unit plus de trente \u0153uvres de Fernand L\u00e9ger<\/strong> (Argentan 1881 – Gif-sur-Yvette 1955), pionnier de l’art contemporain, en confrontation \u00e9troite avec des artistes d’avant-garde europ\u00e9ens et am\u00e9ricains<\/strong> actifs depuis les ann\u00e9es 1960 jusqu’\u00e0 aujourd’hui.<\/p>\n

\n\tLe projet vise \u00e0 illustrer le caract\u00e8re contemporain<\/strong>, multidisciplinaire <\/strong>et la port\u00e9e visionnaire<\/strong> de l’\u0153uvre de Fernand L\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n

\n\tLe parcours de l’exposition permet ainsi de mettre en \u00e9vidence le lien historique et artistique marqu\u00e9<\/strong> entre l’\u0153uvre de L\u00e9ger et la sc\u00e8ne artistique fran\u00e7aise des ann\u00e9es 60, en particulier avec le groupe des Nouveaux R\u00e9alistes<\/strong> qui s’approprient les objets du quotidien de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de consommation et l’esth\u00e9tique de la rue. Le mouvement r\u00e9unit des artistes tels qu’Arman, C\u00e9sar, Raymond Hains, Yves Klein, Martial Raysse, Daniel Spoerri et Niki de Saint Phalle.<\/p>\n

\n\tD’autres p\u00e9riodes et mouvements internationaux tels que le Pop Art am\u00e9ricain<\/strong> avec Robert Indiana et May Wilson, ainsi que les artistes \u00e9mergents des ann\u00e9es 70 et 80 comme Gilbert & George<\/strong> \u00e0 Londres et Keith Haring<\/strong> \u00e0 New York sont expos\u00e9s dans le parcours de l’exposition en dialogue avec l’\u0153uvre de L\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n

\n\tL’exposition, qui s’appuie principalement sur les collections du Mus\u00e9e National Fernand L\u00e9ger<\/strong> de Biot et du Mus\u00e9e d’Art Moderne et Contemporain<\/strong> (MAMAC) de Nice, auxquelles s’ajoutent d’importants pr\u00eats du Centre Pompidou<\/strong> de Paris, est organis\u00e9e par :<\/p>\n
