Atelier dei Moderni exhibition proposes a fascinating journey through twentieth-century painting, exploring the evolution of modern European art.

Through a selection of works by absolute masters, such as Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, André Derain, Jean Dubuffet, Wifredo Lam, Simon Hantaï, Francis Bacon and many others, the exhibition itinerary highlights the profound transformations of the artistic language of the twentieth century: from the search for purity of forms and colour to the dramatic tensions of Expressionism and post-war figurative art.

Atelier dei Moderni represents an unmissable opportunity to grasp the aspects of creative freedom and aesthetic revolution that marked twentieth-century art.
