The start of the great Spanish cycling challenge from the Reggia of Venaria.
The Vuelta a España of 2025 will start for the first time from Italy and in particular from the Reggia of Venaria!
The Vuelta is the third oldest race among the road cycling Grand Tours, after the Giro d’Italia and the Tour de France.
The Reggia of Venaria, after having hosted twice the start of the Giro d’Italia, Saturday 23 August will host the “Salida Oficial“, the official start of the Spanish cycling challenge with the inaugural stage long 189 km, the first of four stages entirely set in the subalpine territory. The route will cross Turin, Biella, Lake Maggiore and end in Novara.
Waiting for the Vuelta
During the event, as part of Summer Nights at the Reggia, the “Party in Cascina” on Friday 22 August will be dedicated to Spain with a Flamenco evening which includes a Flamenco lesson at 8 p.m. and a “Noche Flamenca” accompanied by aperitifs and sangria at 9 p.m.
On 23 August free entrance to the Gardens, special entrance to the Reggia at 10 euro and All in a Palace at 20 euro. Evening entrance fees remain unchanged.
